I love photography so every chance I get I'm out there capturing something new. My most recent favorite is the first photo, which is a 40 minute-exposure of the trail to Mt. Whitney. The lights are from hikers who leave before dark to make the summit by sunrise.

I won 1st Place in Color Portraiture in Del Mar in 2009. I took this photo at the 2004 Oktoberfest in Munich. It's titled, "A Face in the Crowd."
Every San Diegan remembers the "Big Boom." July 4, 2012, an electrical glitch caused all four barges to go off at once. No one was hurt.... but San Diego made news around the world!
HDR, or high dynamic range, is a technique that allows a greater exposure range from multiple photos, which are then combined in the computer to create one photo. It also creates the ability for surreal imagery.
